Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your maintenance plan at any time. The new plan will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you have specific needs, we’re happy to help you choose the most suitable option.
Can I carry over any unused editing hours to the following month?
Unfortunately we don’t allow any unused hours to be carried over since the plans are billed on a monthly basis. Any unused hours will be wiped and the hours will reset with the billing cycle.
